of Family Tree Maker or accessing online subscriptions, call 877-FTM-2008
(877-386-2008). Live phone support is available Monday through Friday from
10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time, closed Saturday and Sunday. These hours
do not include holidays.
Online Support for Ancestry.com
The fastest and easiest way to solve your service problems is through Ancestry’s
Online Help system. In
most cases, you will immediately find answers to your questions. In the event that
you don’t, you may send us an e-mail or get live help through an online chat with a
customer service agent.
